Climbing just on strop?

See a feller using a strop only in a small conni hedge in tring the other day

Use what your happy with, I understand where he is coming from but use what your happy with.. I know plenty of lads who would just use a strop but thats them

use a steel strop when its a stick, use you main line underneath as a back up and to get saw down etc.

dont think it would stop a 44 or 66 but good for flicking round and ivy!!

always good to have a route to the ground with a rope. tell him to have a go with no spikes.

personal choice, lot less pegs with spikes.
