+1 keep, these are monster saws and pull like demons, none of the modern stihls have a patch on it! If it's the unbraked version you can bodge it to fit a brake

Paid £50 at local auction

Been looking at it today and think it's a 076 as the oil filler caps on the side not top

As there is no name plate on it

Got a 30"404 bar and chain. Starts and runs a treat.

Setting up the carb a bit fiddle with the saw jumping around on the bench

Hoping to give it a workout in the week on some big oak I'll let you now how I get on
