Hi

I'm buying an Ifor Williams flatbed in a couple of days but cant afford to buy the mesh kit. So was wondering how you guys secure your plywood in your trailers? I would also like to be able to remove them quickly so I can use it as a just a drop side.

Any pics would be great to get me thinking.

Cheers

Richard

have you got a ladder rack?

we used to drill large holes in the top corners at the front of the side and front boards then run a rope right through them and the ladder rack.

Then drill a hole in the ply (to the rear) just above the ifor sides and tie that to one of the hooks underneath. job done

We have some spare sides available as we had a trailer stolen when the sides were not fitted, they are only std sides but may help with fixing mesh if you don't already have.
