Rather than dremel, I've been using diamond files that fit into a battery 18v drill. You can get them off ebay and three for about £9. I've got the three sizes I need for my chains and they're really easy to use on the saw and in the field. Same concept as dremel but the diamond doesn't wear and change diameter. Also as I've already got an 18v saw, the outlay was minimal. Don't take off as much quickly as a bench grinder.
