Pot piston and seals New diaphragm, fuel pipe to change it over to aspen like all of my newer saws.

Was tempted by doing it myself, any make of bits better than outhers?

 

If the cylinder is salvageable just get a piston kit, seals I can't recommend whether there is a better alternative, but the fuel pipe has to be OEM as I haven't seen an AM version, you might though, and carb kits from Rowena, because your local dealer does too, but marks the price up
