Dodgy timber dragon forwarding trailer on ebay

Just a heads up to all those looking at the timber dragon timber trailer on eBay. I emailed the owner today to find out a bit more about it, they emailed back asking for 2.7k and free delivery anywhere in the uk which raised my suspicions, then they tried to redirect me to a different email address so I would no longer be protected by eBay with the excuse that the photos they wanted were too big to send via the eBay registered email. All sounds dodgy to me so just a warning to all those interested. Regards. Logun

I too am after a small timber trailer but will give this one a miss. Not sure that the Timber Dragons are particularly well thought of anyway.

If anyone says that the image is too big for the email, get them to host it on imgur.com and then post the links in the email. If they don't come back or come back with an awful excuse then you've got a decent idea if they're dodgy or not

I've seen something simelar to this on eBay Afew times, usually for vans or landrovers. Emailed about one Landrover and the guy wanted me to transfer a deposit to him before I'd seen the vehicle! Ebay's meant to be secure and scam proof but the scammers still manage to list items!?
