Hi, just taken some limes down and wondered if they would be worth milling and what they could be used for ? cheers Dave

hi dave,,limited market to be honest, carvers love it, and its handy to have in your stock,,if you`ve got it you can promote it,,,if you havnt you cant,,simple really,,mill it,,someone will come along,,,the bigger sizes the better,,6x6,8x8 etc,,,

Sold 30 cubic foot of fresh sawn lime this week. It sells, but slowly.

Carvers are suppose to love it yet when I've had a load they never seem to be about to buy it!

 

 

Quite soft but dries quickly and stays flat...
