New to the firewood market so any help or advice would be appreciated

Through the day to day running of our business we get a lot of oak beam off cuts which we have been selling as firewood for years. To speed up production we have just put in a firewood processing plant and are now looking for more timber to build up this side of the business.

I'm looking for round logs (not sure what the correct term is fit it) softwood and hard wood delivered to Pembrokeshire west Wales.

Can anyone tell me where I can get this from or what I need to be asking for, and what price I should be paying.

Thanks

You can get hold of loads of softwood around this way but loads of processor size hardwood is pretty hard to find.

If you manage to find any hardwood there are a few boys I know that would be interested.
