Help training advice needed !!!!

hi all i need a bit of information please if possible

 

i am booked to do my NPTC city and guilds level 2 award to fell and process trees upto 380 mm cs31 i have been at tkf doing my lantra chainsaw course felling and processing up to 200mm but my partner went into early labour which has ment i have had to come off the course does the nptc Level 2 have any prerequisite???

 

hope some can help me with this as it is unsettling me

Tkf seem a reasonable bunch. Have you explained this to them to see if they can squeeze you in to finish the course?

yer they are been fantastic Vanessa could not do any more for me she bending backwards for me but my problem is because the course has been funded by barnsley collage its a one shot thing ie if you dont turn up you lose it if you understand so im hoping that the collage will understand the circumstance and put me back on as it was out of my control i kust need to know if the 380mm has any pre req as al my pans could go down the drain and put my entire career at jeopardy

The 200mm Lantra ITA is not a pre req....... but sod all that, good luck with the next 18 yrs of child raising - best job in the world, enjoy it.

cheers buddy this is baby number 4 love evey min of it got my own little arb crew now lol i have e mail the collage and tkf becasue tim kirk said i would have no problems with getting onto do my lvl 2 if i had my lantra and he seems to know his stuff i just hope the collage can be compassionate enough plus i have been on the city and guilds website and it does not say anything on there about pre req will have to wait and see

TKF are generally sound-as-a-pound. Even if the college gives you the run around, I am sure TKF will manage to work something out for you
