large comercial mower 5 to 6ft

Just out of interest are u cutting near roads windows car parks or anything like that if so u want rear discharge

Not side if u hit a stone or conkers etc u less change of insurance calms lol

We went from a ransomes triple. To a grasshopper 320 and 721 great machines strongly recommend looking at the 700 range u will cut long grass and short and it will make a smart job

heard good reports on the grasshoppers will have a look at them see if i can have one on demo. to try out

lot to look at can see the merits of rear over side discharge but if mulching then no thing to come out only underneath.

will look at all the makes about. scag like hens teeth second had do like the grasshopper, and toro. but ransome are very good should be able to pick one up second hand for little money.

thanks for info. also is there a calculator to work out how much to charge for large areas i know bigger the mower less time to cut but have the cost to work into contract to pay back for the mower plus fuel parts etc

@hedgesparrow, In a previous life I purchased a Scag Saber-tooth Tiger zero turn mower after seeing one working on a County Council contract in Aylesbury.

I have had a long relationship with this company;

R T Machinery - Welcome and They may be able to advise you on SH Scag machines.

I currently run an Etesia Bahaia machine with Honda power but it is not suitable for your purpose as it is only a narrow machine.

I went with the Scag as it had diesel power thus economy plus it was quick and nimble.

The picture shows it at two days old!
