what size saw do i need?

i have got a 372xp is that big enough? or

do i need a new toy?

what size could the 372 run / cut

If you're using an Alaskan you'll lose 6" of bar length and i've got a feeling the 372 should only be running 24" bar so looking at milling 18" - any more and it's off to the toy shop

I like stickers about an inch wide by say 5/8" thick. I place them every 2' or thereabouts and place the first set about 1' in from the end. I wouldn't worry about painting the ends at this point - if you were going to do this it would be better while it was still in the round.

ps - we need pictures!
