Always been carving sat on the floor and my back has been a bit special recently so figured i'd get around to sorting out a carving bench made from and old chair, some old 3x2 and some Hazel i had lying around. Need to work out a way to make the height adjustable as that back bit is just wedged in at the moment.

 

Not sure how solid it'll be to use but i guess its better than being sat on the floor!

 

Be great to know what you all think and if you've made your own?

yes thats a very traditional good working bench :thumbup::thumbup:when you have worn out that one and want to upgrade to a new one you have some seasoned firewood all ready to use:thumbup1:
