Mick,

A decent home build web site can be done via WEEBLY or Vistaprint and when you are done you then buy an official domain.

Or use a webmaster, they are certainly not exorbitant these days.

A bit like Arbs, lot's around all trying to scratch a living!:laugh1:

Ty

entendu, I'll look into it.

Learn the basics of website building, coding etc, saves me shed loads in changes i make myself. Every company should have a website, the problem is as more do the web becomes like a giant yellow pages and the work spreads thinner reducing its worth. But that's life doo daaa dooooo.

Have a look at my site i can change everything on it at will, did not cost much and i receive much praise for it, don't copy it tho cheeky be creative and unique.

Further to my earlier post in this thread about getting the website foundations right as well as the graphics (and only by way of an example as you put your head above the parapet with your invite)... your home page looks fantastic but fails html validation with 7 errors and 6 warnings. All fixable and nothing dreadfully amiss but these things do matter especially with multi device platforms and the all seeing algorithms of google.

This can get you a basic website with your own domain name (yourname.co.uk) quickly and for free: Getting British Business Online

But I agree with the sentiments above, that it is well worth it having someone help you with getting something up that conveys a professional image while being optimised for showing up on various search engines (mainly Google and Bing), a.k.a. SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

Good luck
