yeah should be sweet to catch up with you and ross on friday for abit of last minute practice. finish at 4, gotta be at pub for 6 though...........

and a little carabiner to hold your strop out of the way will help heaps..

just spent a couplee hours footlocking and seem to be getting to grips with the "clip". I seem to be getting up there OK but i'm pretty knackered when i get to the top and my technique is kind of jerky, I know this is probably another thread, but any more tips would be awesome.
