Hakki pilke phantom chain flinging!

First post, so go easy on me.......

 

Has anyone with a chainsaw bar type firewood processor experienced the chain coming off. The chain on mine ( hp2x ) goes loose after a relatively short period ie an hour or so and if you forget to tighten it, obviously deep in the processing zone, it flings itself off.

Any thoughts appreciated.:confused1:
