Will stihl bars fit other saws?

Please excuse the silly question but figured this was the only way to find out. I'm contemplating changing the bar and chain on my echo cs260 for the one that's run on the ms150 tce just to make it a little easier on the engine but was unsure if it would fit or not?

I know you can get an adapter for Stihl bars to fit Husky large mount bars , well I have one ......found one on fleabay Item # 290744205782
