Try tools, account settings, then click change, then more settings, then advanced. then uncheck leave a copy of messages on server:001_smile:

not sure mate, i have had the laptop 2 years so maybe 07. will it tell me anywhere?

Go to the start menu and look at "all programs" then open the microsoft office file and outlook 200? should come up. Mines 2007 and the instructions i gave earlier would work for that.

 

On your tools menu are there any arrows for drop down menus?
