I lost mine within a week of having it. Glad the wooden brake is screwed on our id have probably lost that too! I know honeys do plenty of spare bits for them, whether they have those I don't know. I haven't bothered to replace mine, is it that essential?

Hey man, if you leave the biner attached permently to the tether then a keeper formed from a rubber oring will do exactly the same, its onlt a PITA if you want to thread the biner through the tether all the time. I'll snap a pic of mine later today.
