Westbridge 5 in stone Staffordshire

Pacing for a couple of girls we ran it in 35.30 which is two mins slower than I normally run a 5

There is no I in team ......

A fishing contest on the canal had us starting at 2pm not 10am

Was Very hot :blushing:
