Forgotten Passwords

Yes, I've read the blurb and no it doesn't appear to work.

 

I'm logged-in all the time on the iPod but not on the PC. Now I made a note of the password but must have recorded it incorrectly. So I just get the "You have entered... wrong username or password." So I clicked on the 'Forgotten password' option and what happens? Diddly-squat is what happens. Is it me or is there another way to get a reminder/reset?
