selling second hand climbing kit

Hi guys,

Whats the crack with selling second hand climbing kit? Can you do it, what happens when it comes to LOLER? I have a spiderjack, never used, that iave had for a year, and want to sell it

You can sell used kit with or without a loler inspection, put it on arbtrader or ebay

If you have a receipt even better... If its unused then in theory whoever buys it has 6 months before Loler kicks in. Be careful if selling through your business as you may not be insured for product liability and the buyer will have statutory rights on the goods purchased if sold as a new product...
