NPTC improved customer service

So I lost my proof of certs so I needed a new one.

 

A few weeks ago I called the NPTC to sort it out and got no reply or answerphone all day long and I called dozens of times. The online form they want you to fill in and post wants payment details INCLUDING the secret number off the back of the card, well that wasn't going to happen so I didn't get my new card and went of muttering about piss poor service.

 

So once again I am asked for proof of certs by a client so I called NPTC without much confidence. The phone answered within 2 rings, I told them what I needed, they took some details and payment and my new card is on the way, they did promise an email confirming the certs to show the client and that has yet to land but nevertheless we are looking at a much needed 100% improvement in service
