On a seperate note I dread the heat because sweat runs down my back and into the crack of my arse causing nasty ring sting.

Thought I'd share that:001_smile:

 

This is a genuine ailment. I believe its called Chefs Arse! :001_smile:

 

One of the best things to remember is to be really well hydrated before ascending.

 

This is very true. If you go up a tree first thing in the morning having only drank a cup of tea, I would imagine you'd get very thirsty very quickly. I used to work with a guy and all he would drink was 3 or 4 cups of tea a day. Dont know how he did it!
