Hi Im going to be making up some folders with information in to be put in my company vehicles I was thinking of putting documents in there like insurance certs staff NPTC tickets etc...

 

I just wondered what you guys would like to see in there?

 

Also If you have a standard itinerary of what you would keep in a vehicle like first aid kits, fire extinguisher etc...?

generic RAMS, COSHH assessments, chemical data sheets, H&S policy statement, cert of competence for all equip used, first aid cert, emergency procedure and contact numbers, EL&PL insurance cert, copy of up to date LOLLER assessments, CSCS,

 

some of the things i have in mine and have been asked to produce (on development sites mainly)

imagine if all your pack got stolen ? just wondering why you need all them in the vehicle . would all the neccesary proof of certificate s ect not have been done prior to starting contract ?.

Hi Henri,

 

Have a look at p.5 of the ArbAC standards to see what we would be looking for...in most circumstances (AND copy documents rather than originals as mentioned later.)
