boards outside were you are working. if client is happy ask first. van advertising.

portfolio of work you have undertaken. so new clients can see your work you have done. paper advertising costs. flyers may get 1% from all you post through doors its word of mouth and recommendations that bring in the work.

its a hard slog but it does start to trickle in once you have done a few jobs.

with the TV showing shoddy workman. people are wary of trying tradesman they do not know if you have a cv of happy customers who are willing to recommend you then you will get the work.
