Router issues......I think

The sky router is pants. Mines in the kitchen and it has to go through on wall. If I'm in the living room and in the furthest corner the signal disappears.

 

I have tried using the foil trick before, cardboard box around the back of the router and covered in tin foil like a reflector, didn't seem to do much but others have said it worked fine for them.

 

You can reconfigure the router, sky talked us through doing ours, worked fine after for a bit then it went funny, still does aswell. Every now and then the Internet light goes orange. Normally when the phone rings.

I had the same problem, virgin told me to buy an extender, I told them that they said it would work tho and whats so super about this super hub then. In the end virgin are going to refund me on my extender :biggrin: not the whole £50 as I brought abit more expensive one but half.
