You have made it clear that the reason for selling is to finance something else..... But will you be sad to see the mog go?

I'm currently looking for a landy 130 tipper myself. I do a lot of work offroad and my log yard is down a rough old track and through a sticky gateway. My transit struggles to say the least!!

Must also mention that of course I also do a hell of a lot of work in suburbia too hence the transit.

I only ask are you sad to see the mog go because having been researching the cost of a new/newish landy tipper (£20-35k)I could probably be getting a bl00dy good mog for the money.

Which then leads onto which would be cheaper to run, more suitable for general use etc etc. Big headache!

I would be interested in your thoughts.

We've been running the Mog alongside our smaller truck & chipper and its worked really well. We had a few problems with cracked air pipes on the Mog but replaced those as they're only cheap and it's been great. Usual greasing and ensuring water & oil is topped up before she goes out each day.

I'm reluctant to sell the Mog but needs must my small truck has been written off and I need another one so it makes sense to sell Mog & PTO Schiessling 440ZX chipper plus Timberwolf TW150 chipper and invest in either brand new or nearly new truck & chipper. I do really like Schiessling chippers so ill aim for a towable model, the dilemma is which make & model small truck do I go for?
