As per title really, what to expect on upcoming course, doing both in the same week. I am a typical farm boy just wanting to get certs to please NFU. lots of logging and dropping fair sized trees with lots of room around them. would never consider climbing ( there aint rope strong enough ). is it alot of theory? got the requisite pile of new shiny PPE. anything else required ? really annoyed as the training cannot be counted towards my cpc training points for HGV:thumbdown:

Hi there

check this for the actual schedules

NPTC

plenty of practical with under pinning knowledge on legislation and guidance on how to get past all those bad habits you might have from being on the farm

iain

as for what you need to take that is very much down to the provisions given by your training provider ,, ask them what you need is probably best
