Pollard advice please

Looking for your advice and thoughts, on pollarding lime trees from approx 20m down to 5m, this is the recommendations put to my client by a survey they had done,due to decay at the previous pollard bole at 4.5m.

 

Any advice and thoughts would be appreciated cheers

Ideally post some pics otherwise it's all speculation.

as above, would also depend on the suitability of the exact height in spec, this may not be ideal and may require a small adjustment up or down for best wound response
