"Day off"

Anyone else got the day off cos of the snow and mainly the ice. My mate who I was supposed to pick up this morning said the gaffer said to knock it on the head as it would be to dangerous to make it to the farm, and no one else was going to make it any way!!!!!!!! The farm is pretty remote and has a long drive down to the sheds which not even a tractor can get up sometimes.

 

Never mind eh, gotta take missus hospital to see the midwife anyway!!!

Up at 5.30.

Half an hour into the drive to job.

Job called off until tomorrow.

Half hour drive back home.

Back on the paint brushes in the hallway!

No work for me today either. Were supposed to be in a woodland but access will be tricky with no 4x4.

I was supposed to be in Cumbria again today but the guy i was meeting cancelled last night due to the snow.....office day today i guess !! Got to go out and get a battery charger for the bike and a headlamp bulb for the Disco later today. Had great fun in the lanes last night on the way back from the gym lol

Im ment to be working for treeline, they have travelled all the way up from plymouth to a village 6miles from my house, and I cant get there!!! Going to have another try in a bit, but no one is going anywhere out the village. Oh well, just gives me an excuse to start looking at landys!!!
