The reduction pic in the middle.Is that a fir or something similar?cant really tell by the pic.Is it not meant to be conical?,customer wanted a broad leaf looking evergreen tree?

Sorry not easy to tell from that pic.

Wanted to know what a naturally grown evergreen single stem has been made to look like a multistem evergreen?Dosent make sence,and im the one that needs to get my head in the books?
