I spotted this from the car and knew it was a Pholiota thanks to the recent pics you'd posted.:001_smile:

Saying that...

 

I think it's Poliota aurivella - the Golden Scalycap, but it looks a bit different to yours...

What do you reckon? I'm wondering if your one might be Pholiota adiposa -that one likes beech trees apparently. :confused1:

Similar, but mine doesn't appear to have the ridge on the rim.

 

Think it might be B chrysenteron as previously stated.

Have got some Myco's on the case.

Will get back with definitive anon.
