Just at a country park in Chester. The access road was lined by many well mature oaks and some had some good I. Dryadeus brackets. Watch this space ill get some pics

There is a lot of die back (stage's head) large amount of leave lost and power lines running along side it too , just not want I wanted.

Not the greatest pic. Look like a Mycena or Coprinus species. Saprophyte feeding on dead wood.

I. dryadeus on some oaks at Carden Park, Chester.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another oak with bodies emerging. Ganodermas? I'm getting a bit rusty with some now! Need to get out more to get back into it!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Another one that's a bit debateable. Is there a set if brackets in the cavity at the base of this oak?
