Tis the season to see Fungi, fa la la la la....

In the park i have a sycamore stump it is covered in polyporus and it is all half eaten, exposed fistulina allways gets eaten and so does low laetiporus. The deer eat there antlers for calcium so i am sure fungi is a tasty snack. When a bough falls i cut the branches off straight away and you can feed the deer and cattle from your hand its a tasty change from grass:001_smile:
