your aminita is a rare find in whip my friend, bravo, fifiteen years and not one so i am well pleased to see this, suspect its the blusher.

 

as for the last I am still unsure of this one, i reckon its an inonotus but which one? think i will sample and pay the fee of 50 just to setle a 7 year itch.

 

really nice colybia sample too.

Yeah believe it to be A. rubescens - the blusher.

 

Suprising to hear the Amanitas are a rarity at the Whip :confused1:

 

Even muscaria?

 

 

These two are mycorrhyzal on Beech which are on the pronounced wood bank running along Rousebarn lane on the Whip side opposite Newland's Spring.

 

The fung on the Beech in last shot are colybia, just posting that as a reference for location.
