Wanting to relocate! And just waiting for you all to bombard with me advice/job offers/contacts etc. ;)

But seriously, anyone any experience/ideas at all? I have an ND, will have a BSc Forestry in June, CS up to 39 for arb and 32/34 forestry. Plenty of ground work experience, though very little climbing.

Thanks guys

Hi dan I am relocating to Canada in 2014, fortunately for me my soon to be wife is a Canadian citizen and her family are sponsoring me so all the paperwork stuff is sorted. But trying to get some contacts built up over there so hopefully have a job to go to. I tried to apply for a work permit to see if I would qualify as a skilled arborist I have nc/hnd arb most cs units, utility tickets and 16 yrs experience and came up short on the points needed I did not qualify for work permit. You need to have a job offer, there are jobs over there but they want experienced people that are going to hang around for more than 6 months as they have to go through the process of sponsoring you and justify to the authorities that need to employ you and that they can't get experienced employees locally.
