Hi all i have husky 450e

The only time ive seen a 170 is in a shop and at college when a lass bought one cos a 260 was too heavy lol. Ive had a go on a 440e running a 18'' bar but would say that was pushing it and to be brought down to a 15/16'' bar.

As for me if it wasnt in the prof product range i wouldnt give them much thought. Good luck though

Yeah 450 will cut a few trees down, used a 35cc to fell up to 3' wide so it shouldn't be a problem, it's not a pro saw, so don't expect it to fly through trees, or last long if you thrash it. As for the ms170 I assume its for light pruning and hedge laying, isn't up to much else
