I came home from work Friday evening and felt fine, Then a couple of hours later was Dizzy, Shaky, Cold and felt sick went to bed at 8pm then up most of the night throwing up. 24hrs on i feel much better glad its just a short virus so wont lose any days off work next week.

 

If the media is to belived its a 96 hour bug :confused1: Bloomin media :thumbdown:

Had a bowl of tommy soup and a piece of bread at 12 then a few grapes at 3 just had a wheat abix and feel pretty much back to normal :001_cool:

 

Thats good to hear :001_smile:

 

I still feel shaky and cold but no vomiting, I had toast earlier and that has stayed down. Im hoping an early night and fingers crossed back to nearly normal tommorow.
