Someone put a link on here earlier this week to what looked like a pretty interesting paper on firewood. 86 pages from memory.

 

Now I have got time to read it I cant find it, could someone please repost the link,

Im liking the the M class system

 

 

E.g Oven ready M20 = less or equal t 20% moisture

 

Its alot more sensible way to sell wood than saying kiln dried barn seasoned e.g which doesn't tell you anything about the final products quality only the method.

 

But of course its alot harder to do for the seller especially with the damp uk climate & wood reabsorbing moisture in the winter as there graph on page 47 shows :001_smile:
