You'll hear all sorts of money talk bandied around the college, work-place, down the pub. Realistically, there is a down-turn in the economy, work at the moment is thin on the ground, money thinner. BUT by the time you've finished your course things may be on the up again. So far as pay, 50-60 per day, to start, bearing in mind how many students go through the colleges, it'll be tough. Good luck:001_smile:

Here is a few tips for someone coming out of any college.

1. Ring everyone in the yellow pages/look on arbjobs

2. When you get some work turn up on time, bring a lunch, work really hard, keep your fone in the truck, ask if your boss if its ok to smoke,Where some deodrant, bring some money with you, be polite to the customers,

3.Espect to pick sticks up and drag brush around even if you think you where the best climber on your course.

4.Money wise depends where you are and what you are doing could be £50 pd to £70.

This is what I tell my students but they refuse to believe me!
