Okay that sounds fine for me, I'm living at home with parents so I can live on that to start with! I'm in Suffolk if that makes a difference? What's the best way to get work, just send emails out to companies ring them up etc?

Place an advert in the employment section of Arbtalk, sell yourself, make yourself stand out.

Go on google maps over the area you live and type 'tree surgery' in the search box. Phone all the companies that come up. You might not get any luck straight away but in a couple of months, one of the companies you ring might need you and you'll land a good job.
