So trees are basically great big vibrators! But that all makes sense, especially the vibrations and the psychological benefits of plants, trees especially. My partners son is autistic and the change in him is huge when I drag them on a woodland walk. It calms him right down, and for hours afterwards.

there is some very interesting Japanese research on the same subject, all to do with chemical and filtered light in forests and their effects on disspositions, will try to find it when I get a mo:thumbup1:

 

only silly in that for me to miss an ATF event the zombie apocalypse would have to have occurred overnight!
