If anyone thinks for one minute a soldier who has lost comrades [in some of the worse possible ways] is going to administer first aid to the enemy willingly, they must be on another planet! the spineless morons in Whitehall could do with a tour imo. When you train a man to kill don't be surprised when he does it.

No one wants to but its your duty, you cant choose which bits you want to do. How will you find out what he knows if he's dead (among other reasons). Gotta remember it's counter insurgency we are fighting. Kill when you need to, otherwise don't. Of course there may be other circumstances to take into account...

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
