how did that get there???

was trimming hedges all day today. Got home and took my son to football training, but was annoyed by something stuck up my nose. Finger treatment revealed nothing. Got home and was still being annoyed by the nose so closed one nostril and blew hard. Anyway, out flew an inch long piece of woody material. I've no idea how it got up there, but i recongised it as part of today's brash. How could it get up there? and no I was'nt working upside down!!!
