Dear all,

Im 24 and living in the Edinburgh area. I have my crosscutting and small tree felling tickets aswell as the wood chipper and have recently returned from Estonia working for an environmental charity felling non native unwanted trees. Where do I go from here? Ive tried various job advertisements, but without more qualifications im struggling to get noticed. Im currently working for a gardening company; attempting to save for further courses but its taking time. Apprenticeships are scarce and im not getting any younger.

Please Help.

Search for Silky Foxs thread, read it, learn from it and take action. There is lots of workout there, as employers we have all been burned by employees so we are tough nuts to crack. :001_rolleyes:

Show initiative, hard work, enthusiasm and try and be awesome, it's not a crime.

Good luck:thumbup1:
