Could anyone cast light onto the applications intended for xtc -12-cy rope? looking at yales website it states this rope is ideal as a bull rope with lowering devices? according to the identification tag on our rope it states that it is 13.5mm in diameter and was purchased as a climbing rope. any advice would be appreciated.

regards

If your talking about the white with yellow flecks, 12 strand rope, it is a good climbing rope.

I started on it and still use it along with other ropes. They do a larger diameter as a bull rope.

its a climbing line mate, cheap and cheerful though. I have the xtc 24 strand for climbing. Ok but not wearing very well. Personally would stay clear of yale stuff now.
