Hi All

 

Sure this might have been covered, however as some of you have I pad's for a while I was wondering if anyone has a good estimating template they could share or sale on.

 

I am not report writing just estimating up to ten jobs a day four days a week and would like to scale down the paper I use and having to write down spec after spec which a lot of the time can be the same on a lot of our works.

 

Would like something with drop down boxes for tree species and works required and easy app for a site plan would be helpful as well.

 

Some kind of tick box set up would be good for things like hazards on site, nearest hospitals and that kind of thing.

Have looked at that could work I think it likes a price linked to each item, but you could put a 0 value until the total box.

Now that looks a bit more like it Not a lot of info on the App store but as it is free worth a down load a see if it works for us in the uk as it is USA based app I think.

I am currently using it to make quotes and invoices, it's a good tool for that but dosent support the risk and tree assesment stuff that the arborist app has, but on the other hand the arborist app dosent seem to handle the financials to the same standard that invoice to go does.

 

Invoice to go is a bolt on package. I have invoice, calendar and sign to go and it works well for me.

For sure, the arborist app can me modified to do your accounts. I would be amazed if they haven't already got that base covered.

 

If I hadn't spent a while customising invoice to go I woud swap tomorrow.
