That's lovely. know it's a bit rarer but shame it's not an actual 242.

 

Were the 246 as much of a screamer as the 242 or were they toned down a bit?

Got the owners manuals for both; 242 rpm was 15,500; 246 wasn't! Will go check it out.

So 246 was 14,500. Stilll quite nippy!

There's already a 242G, an old grey top 42, a blown up 42 special and a 181SE that's nearly as old as me in the collection. Not to mention all the mid 2000's stuff too. I think the appetite's already been fed
