Hi All

I am new to Arbtalk (so be gentle with me eh).

Have been in the business 9 years now though.

I am currently living in Oxfordshire but I would consider any position, especially in the North West area.

I would consider anything including, felling, climbing, surveying as I have experience in all fields.

Qualifications:

NPTC CS: 30-40 (inclusive)

C&G Arb (Level 2)

HND RRM (Rural Resource Management)

LANTRA: Forestry Cert

FASTCO: Forestry Cert

Previously held, PTS, Site Warden and COSS.

I would be prepared to train or re-train for any position if required.

If anybody would like any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for reading

Regards

Gavin Rowe

Hi Gavin,

If you're looking for utility arb work then you will need UA1 & 2 as minimum before going out " clearing lines" both very easy units, it's the leccy firms that require this for h&s blah blah.

Contact your local network supplier i.e EDF, E-ON, Southern electric etc etc. Ask for vegetation management and enquire who the local contract holder is.

Good luck. Dave

Hey Dave

Thanks for that.

Have already priced up UA1, 2 & 5. Its about the same as getting your relevant rail tickets.

I am sending my CV to varying companies up and down the land at present. I seem to do more computer than tree work, lol.

Thanks again, appreciated.

All the best

Gavin
