Just away to order the above but I've to choose either the standard or rapide but not sure which one to choose or what the difference is:confused1: so any help appreciated oh and any preference on the size of cord?

Cord depends on rope, i use 8mm on 13mm rope, strictly it's said to use 10mm cord but it works just fine.

 

Either hitchclimber will work, depends if you want to part with a bit more cash.

Think there both the same price on honeybros site. I use a 13 mm rope so guess either will be fine then

get the rapide, it has bearings. the standard has bushings. Bushings start to squeal after a while especially if you do quick descents..
